Below is the curious photograph in question,
taken in China by Dr. Rosenfeld himself and found
on page 10 of Parade magazine, August 16, 1998
(rotated here 90 degrees counterclockwise).

Note that the "heart" appears not to reside
centrally within the thoracic cavity but seemingly
beyond the lateral confines of the patient s body.
